Jasmine is passionate about creating positive change in the world. She offers safe and trauma-informed spaces for all bodies to explore themselves on a deeper level. Jasmine has been teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork since 2015 and is a big believer in the healing benefits of these practices. She is an integrative holistic healer, meaning her approach to healing is for all aspects of a person- mind, body and energy.
Jasmine offers private and group intuitive healing sessions which can include a weaving of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, nervous system education, talk therapy and self-development rituals/ceremonies.
Born and raised in New York, she is a multi-racial and multi-cultural individual, who deeply values diversity and promoting harmony and peace. Each offering is customized for you or your community's needs, so you can expect to leave them feeling the bliss, balance and beauty that is within you.
